is just nonsense.

There is that thing
where you first lay eyes
upon someone
and your heart and soul
expand within your chest
until you feel as if you might explode

while warmth and light
and joy
and a kind of peace
begin to tear you violently apart…

but we can’t really call that ‘love’,
can we?
